Hangover

After coming out of hypnosis, the following symptoms can be recorded:

  • Slight headache,
  • Dizziness,
  • or, more rarely, nausea,

The reason for this is usually due to the subject being led out of the hypnotic state incorrectly or too quickly. In its mild form, it dissipates quickly.

If this is the case, the solution is to immediately lead the subject back into hypnosis and slowly lead them out again. Suggestions can also be used here between counting, e.g:

  • your head becomes light and free
  • the energy slowly returns to your body
  • let your heart rate equalize again in a way that is comfortable for you
  • let your breathing equalize again in a way that is comfortable for you

After the session, offer the subject a glass of water to drink.
