Ice cube method

Ines Simpson uses this technique in the Simpson Protocol to convince the client that they are in a hypnotic state. However, it is also very suitable for clients with incurable pain.. The subject gains a kind of control over their pain and can easily apply the technique themselves and use it whenever the pain becomes too severe.
The idea is to have the client imagine an ice cube which, when moved back and forth, leaves a numbing sensation in one part of the hand. The client is then instructed to let the sensation move through the body and intensify it each time. Finally, the client can send the numbing sensation to a place on the body that he or she chooses.

It is best to establish deep somnambulism before using this technique. Here are the instructions.
