Strategies of the mind

1. strategy

Every proposed idea is usually implemented.
In 1907, in “Dr. Liébeault and the Doctrine of Suggestion”, Hippolyte Bernheim proposes the concept of ideodynamism, according to which “every proposed idea tends to be implemented”.

2. Strategy

Imagination is synonymous with reality.
The imaginary elements integrate the memory in the same way as reality.

3. Strategy

Imagination stronger than will, knowledge or reason.
The effort of the will often fails to bring about a change in the subconscious,
and is less powerful than visualization or imagination.
The greater the conscious effort, the weaker the effect.
Ideas or beliefs associated with strong emotions (anger, hate, love, religious or political beliefs) are generally impervious to rational argument.
It is the explanation for irrational behavior.

4. Strategy

What the subconscious mind expects (or fears) tends to manifest itself.
The subconscious has its mental images, externally produced and self-produced images.
The mental image becomes the goal to be achieved.
Fears are potential images that are real and accepted as such.
Even if they were created in order not to become reality, the subconscious acts to realize them.

5. Strategy

A fleeting idea, or daydream, that has taken root in the subconscious becomes increasingly difficult to change.
Once an idea is accepted, it tends to become an accepted truth as such and a habit (good or bad).
It is a thought pattern to be followed and reinforced. Any contrary idea is strongly rejected or even dismissed. The subconscious is lazy and comfortable. It reinforces the established. This demands no energy from it, instead of supporting the change that is energy-consuming.
In order to change, it is necessary to counteract these misconceptions, which become habits,
and firmly established, inappropriate behavior. (one must first become aware of these mechanisms).
Regardless of how long the idea has existed, its own persistence, can be modified by hypnosis or self-hypnosis.

6. Strategy

When a suggestion is repeated, it meets with less resistance than before.
The longer a mental habit is uninterrupted, the easier it is to maintain.
Once it is established, it is easier to follow it than to break it.
In other words, once an autosuggestion is accepted by our subconscious, it is easier for subsequent ones of the same kind to be accepted, and we act accordingly.

7. Strategy

Every idea, every thought, every emotion causes a physical reaction.
Lemon experience: imagining or visualizing its shape, color, smell, the power of its taste, bitterness, etc. causes salivation.
Your thoughts and emotions can affect your body. Breathing, pulse, adrenaline release…
Anger and heartburn can lead to ulcers.
Anxiety can manifest itself in sweat and trembling.
Ideas associated with strong emotional content or feelings have a stronger effect on the subconscious. If repeated, they can provoke organic changes over time.
Once accepted, these ideas continually produce physical reactions, sometimes leading to chronic suffering.

8. Strategy

We become what we imagine.
Body and mind are connected. Our physical health depends on our mental attitude. A sick person will heal faster if he has a good mental attitude.
The more our understanding and trust in the power of our subconscious mind grows, in relation to our living conditions and the way we live, the easier it becomes to support change.
A mentally positive attitude, and a strong belief in the right to be successful and healthy is the key to contentment.

9. Strategy

The subconscious response precedes the conscious reaction.
It can be recognized by a non-verbal inconsistency.

10. Strategy

The subconscious decides the access to information for the conscious mind.
It is impossible to forget anything that concerns you or your environment.
Everything is recorded, even the information that is out of sight.
The way of recording may vary, but the memory remains accurate.
However, the memory of information,
is managed according to the laws of the subconscious.
